Por 15 is great stuff for metal..used it to paint jeep frame...10 years later it still looks new... this paint is very thin and requires several coats....dries very hard..hope this helps

      hi
First ,What material is the tub made out of ???
This will determine the procedure and what type of coating will stick to it .
Remember the coating must be oil/grease proof otherwise it will peel off .

If fibre glass use the flow coat, will stick and oil proof
Abs and HDPE can be cleaned
If a plastic of some form use a 2 part epoxy primer a 2 part epoxy eurathane top coat ,for both an industrial paint is ideal [auto top coats are not as durable]
The metal frame I would powder coat

Never use bedliner to coat the inside of any aatv. It will grab your chains and cause a lot of increased friction in the drive line.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

Chains stretch. If you check them often enough you may be ok, but...after a good ride many machines will need an adjustment. If there is any excess slap, it will hit the tub and grab with bed liner coating on it. If you want to try it, feel free, but I don't believe it's the best solution. You could always throw some scrap uhmd or poly in the chain channels to protect the body and allow for the chain to slide when it slaps.

The bed liner material is also beavy and tends to peel. POR or Masterseries work very well on raw fiberglass, if there is a gell coat that is smooth
it will not stick, Must be a rough surface to adhere well. POR and Masterseries both make very strong repairs with fiberglass cloth or matt.

                hi ,Allis Andrew
The flow coat I mentioned is standard fibre glass procedure .Typically applied to the non presentation side with a 4-6 inch blade .Dries fairly hard and glossy . It has around 1/8 filling capacity . Prep work is easy ,random orbital sander with 40-80 grit paper . Wipe clean and apply . Easily repaired sand and reapply .
I have applied this to my 6x6 and it has been covered in oil grease dirt and still cleans up well with the pressure cleaner .Still shiny .
Check out the finish in my photo gallery
