Got the measurements here, just got to transfer them to pics in ps as the scanner's died. Ref the axle, just make one? 40 x 40 x 3mm box, thick wall tube on the ends with bushes in and make stub axles to fit ? Bushes will do for the swivels, they lasted for years on commercial vehicles if well greased. You could use a grade 12 bolt for the kingpin, just make sure you put a stop against the hexagon so the bolt turns with the stub axle.
