amphicat motor replacement

i got what i think is a 1970 amphicat. i want to upgrade to a newer motor for under $1000.00 i will need clutch and motor and exaust. i guess im looking for information what to buy. and how to install it. i asso dont know where the serial no, is located. i also need seals for axels does anyone know where i can get all parts

The serial number is on the left frame, on a tag, next to the secondary clutch. Just about any motor will fit..send picts too... i've put everything from 7 hp golf cart motors to very built 440 ccw in them....... i have the seal number for federal mogul 470954 Don't forget the neopreme (?) half moon bushing behind it......
