Yup someones just told me they were made just for the film.It was filmed inside a decommissioned aircraft carrier the real Valley Forge. Thanks for the clip

Looks to be a altered golf cart using the individual steering brakes, notice in the end of the clip the front wheels actually turn some.sigpic
