Need Versatrek Jiger help!

Hey everyone
Ok.
1. both carbs rebuilt
2. new chain
3. new throttle cable
4. new fuel lines
5. new spark plug
6. ATF fluid in the tank

I finally got it to start and tuned enough to get a decent idle. Im all set to ride! I push the control handle forward and....NOTHING! I pull it backward and...NOTHING! all the belts are turning. the engine is driving the fan and the transmissions but NO MOVEMENT!

ANY IDEAS??????
