Is it pretty solid yet or does the bottom feel weak? If its solid, I would just try and seal up the holes some to keep water out of the wood. Maybe heat gun or hair dry on it or something to make sure its dry first and theres no moisture still in there when you seal it. Id just use fiberglass repair. Kitty hair, long strand.

But, If when you step on it and feels like you may go through then probably think of doing something more major. Thats up to you and your creativity but with it being square and flat side panels, that makes it easier to make something. Or easiest garrantied method that it will work is to find another bottom.

hey Larry thanks for the info on the out side of this tt it is solid but the inside feels soft
. I had an idea of takeing every thing out of it and haveing line x spray the inside of it I had that done to a pickup bax and they garetted it that it would not crack
