  • My friends new AATV...Comfort Extreme

So, this is my buddy's new AATV. What do you think?

Dragging almost 3000lbs of Timber down a snowmobile trail.

Buddy is pretty happy with the rig, so far.

A few of them have been popping up on ebay lately. They are too cool. Have you guys had it in the water yet? I always wondered how well they swim.

Hey Mike, any idea what they are going for.....Ballpark figure? I think this one came from a Richy Bros Auction in Northern Alberta. I have an idea of how much he paid for it, but wondering if he got a deal or not.

My friend has had this one for a while, but this is the first time I have had any experience with it. He has not tried to swim it yet, he mostly uses it for work. Packing cutlines, hauling parts, opening winter roads, helping friends pull timbers into their cabin. I hope to see more of it in the future, but I don't hook up with this guy very often. Kinda wierd actually, as he only lives a few doors down from me

I've only seen the starting bids because they pop up in the "Automatic Links to ebay auctions" forum. This one showed up this week and is already up to almost $20,000 USD with 3 days left and reserve not met:

eBay Motors: Hagglunds bv206, SUSV, snowcat, amphibious atv not argo (item 260385967466 end time Apr-06-09 13:01:21 PDT)

It's a little wider than an Argo with Supertracks 6 ft I think, and MUCH longer at about 20 ft.

Tks Mike, I looked around as well, and it looks like $28,000 is Ballpark. I think this one was purchased for $30,000. Not bad considering our location.
