terra tiger....
I'll bet it is one of the old style too with a tapered pin in it too....
wash out the tub really well,no grease/oil etc . Heat up the sprocket, not the pin too much, find the smaller side of the pin. A vice grips, a proper size drift pin and a heavy hammer , go for it!!
Those pins were in there very tightly from the factory too....been there, done that.......
Did any of them come out at all?Last edited by Amphiman1; 05-05-2009, 09:01 AM.

Use a 5/16" pin punch to start. Have outer axle brg housing bolted in place! and you can support outer axle on blocks as well so its solid when you driving on the pin!As Amphiman1said Heat sprocket up around middle! We place a strip of steel under sprocket and wet down body. Another tick that works after you have sprocket hot! is to melt a candle into pin. Be careful it sometimes flames up! The Wax penetrates into it. If that doesn't work you can try drilling pin out, Or get plasma cutter and cut axle on inside of sprocket and remove outer brig. housing (slide outward) and cut the outside of axle Then you can get sprocket in vise press or drill press to remove pin? Hopefully a little heat and wax will work! I haven't had to cut any out myself. But know of some that did. Good luck. Hopefully its not front one
