I am still having problems with my right side steering.System is bled and slave cyl is working fine. The clutch lever is moving fine but the driven disk is moving very little, nothing like left side which is working fine. It's like something not letting outer chain sprocket with disc move as much as clutch lever moves.I changed the outer bearing at clutch lever thinking it may had worn out and had to much play but it didn't make any difference. The bearing retainers that hold bearing to clutch lever are flexing since disc and gear won't move as much as cluth lever.I didn't won't to have to take engine off to tear the rest of the drive apart to see what's going on.Any info would be appreciated

Sounds like the clutch driven disc is frozen to the clutch drive disc.
The driven disc is supported along with the outer bearing by 2 small ball bearings that are supported by the drive shaft. if the clutch is not releasing the bearings are probably rusted up. unfortunatly the only way to lube or release the bearings is to drill and tap the end of the driven disk bearing hub and install a grease fitting and force the clutch apart.

The 2 disc do release apart but not very much.

Seems like you might need "C" clips on the shaft to adjust the plate for the brake assembly, or adjust the rod in the slave cylinder..or there's crud in the slave cylinder
Or... the busings in the two bolts that hold the bearing are worn, or the bolts need tightening

The slave cyl. rod is pushing the clutch lever out good. It's just not pulling the drive disc out as it should, the disc moves very little. The bolts are tight on the bearing. If I shim the brake like it is,there's no room for disc to release for gradual turn,it's either all brake are no brake. The disc is being stopped from moving like it should,

If the driven plate bearing retainers are bending and the driven plate is not moving the driven pilot bearings are frozen. The pilot bearings are very small and fit inside under the drive sprocket.
