help with a gip-sea

hey guy's just got a 6x6 gip-sea dont dont know anything about it. tryed looking on the net but cant find much.. it have a jlo rockwell 227 in it. just put all new tires rim chains gears redone the hole boby but didnt do anything with the rear end drive. so today we tryed it for the first time in 10 years and wont turn so we got the back drive all working (i think) but wont turn that great....

So can anyone help??? any info on this 6x6 wolud be great and the clutch is sliping. can i get a new one so how???
