Scrambe Rebuild...new transmission??

Yup this was the one on craigsist, Vt.....it was only 15 minutes from my house, so how could I resist???

SO I'm going back and forth over installing the argo, or rebuilding the original tranny....

I have the mechanical brake set up for the argo, so if I go with that, I may acuall convert the rig to lever steering, or set a hydraulic piston drive to the mechanical brakes...I dont know...too much to think about....
