Terra Tiger cone turning

Any ideas how to "turn" the cone portion of the clutch to be smooth? It is not cylindrical so it is going to be tough. It is pitted and I would like it to be smooth for proper operation.

Also, I got the clutch material added for just $20 per, but I hope that it will work the way they affixed it.

3 choices replace them,Take to machine shop and they can turn them Or they can spray weld them and turn back to original diameter. If turned down you would need thicker linings. I don't think your linings will last the way they did it. Hopefully I'm wrong)
