  • Terra Tiger - Got me a 'runner'

picked up a "runner" Terra Tiger yesterday. As is unfortunately all too common, the seller left out a few details about the condition of the machine....but all in all, probably a decent purchase. I would probably have passed if it were an hour away, but the seller kind had me by the short ones after a 5 hour drive. Anyway, tried to give the kids a quick ride this morning and promptly broke the throttle cable. Good thing I have parts machines!! Now I have enough parts to build two complete...just can't wait for some warm weather to do my fiberglass repairs and paint!

Sorry to hear about your bad seller but it does look good in the pictures. Good luck with the repairs.

looks like a pretty nice original and not too molested machine. anything 30-40 years old is probably going to have some issues unless it's freshly restored... i find that to be half the fun with these things

Congradulations on your recent purchase. I,m sure your kids will have a blast riding with you in it. For an older 6x6,, it looks pretty decent shape.

Here is a video. It runs great in snow or on a path, but I got stuck every time I tried to enter into the deep stuff. As I intend to have this thing essentially living in a murky swamp this summer, me thinks I better speed up the hunt for a winch.

A winch wont hurt but the snow is a different animal then muddy swamps. I find it a lot easier to get stuck in the snow then mud. Looks great though, glad to see it running great.
