        Wow, very cool! Thanks for posting those up! It sure looks like there were quite a few of these machines being made. I wonder how many were actually produced. Hopefully we'll start seeing more people bringing them back to life.

          Those were some awesome pics! What motors were those? They looked a lot beefier than your average run-of-the-mill Briggs.

            There were about 1000 gas engine kids and about three hundred diesel made. The gas engine is a Wisconsin 4cyl 30hp and the diesel I am nor sure about but I talked to the guy that bought all of the rights to the ltv kid 8x8 and that is what he told me. Hope that helps

              The diesel is a Perkins 4.108 and the gas was the Wisconsin VH4D

              There was around 1000 gas made and 100 diesel made with around 25 diesel going over seas for R&D in the rice fields and never retuned ..

                  Man, I enjoyed those assembly line pics. Whatever happened to them, those Kids look like a very viable product, do bad they are not in production today.

                    what happen to them was they was being built by a company that does goverment contract work and they was building then for tractors for over seas rice fields. then are goverment backed out and never picked up the contract so the company building them {LTV} luqudated everything
