I bought another "parts" Terra Tiger TT 18. No engine, no chains, 3 decent ballon tires, 3 bad. Primary drive shaft is good but needs new clutch packs. Jack shaft appears good. Most of all, the axels and spockets appear good. But if they are anything like the other Tigers I have torn apart, the sprockets will be rusted to the axle's and almost impossible to remove in one piece. In the past, I have cutoff the axles to get them out. I hate to say it, but I think I this time, the body is going to get sacrificed. This tub is better than my other tubs, but I need axle's more than body's. If I get the axles out in one piece, I can get the sprockets off....but it is almost impossible to get a good angle to bang them out while they are in the tub.
For the lifeofme,Ido not know how this one survived and none of my others did not, but the original gas tank is good! Woohoo! Finally a good one!!

) and don't get the sprocket teeth really hot) worst comes to worst and you burn the tub, you were gonna wreck it anyways. PB Blaster the CRAP out of em before the cool too much, it'll draw in with the hot steel, and use a slide hammer (While HOT) Also you can try twisting, pry-bar between studs (replaceable if needed) and use an old LONG section of chain, loop around sprocket, feed thru pipe, pull tight with pipe RIGHT AT SPROCKET and put a screw driver thru links on both sides on other end of pipe (Sturdy pipe BTW) one person pry forward on, say, pipe, other in other direction on Pry Bar.
