well all I can say with that would be check the lever on top of the hydrosatic pump that will not go forward if it is moving forward then I would check the lines the fluid travels through to see if they are clogged or something If that does not work then I would probally take it to a tractor repair place. Hydrostats are not anything to try to rebuild yourself

from what I can see from photos and video of the pump/motor there is a common linkage between the pump swash-plate trunnion to the motor swash-plate trunnion. The pump trunnion link will change the flow rate and direction to the motor. the Motor trunnion link connection is to stroke the motor from full torque to full speed. possibly the linkage is set up incorrectly. Google LTV kid and you will find photos videos and I think a manual. I think the hydraulics are Sperry Vickers which is now Eaton.

Got the kid going it was a internal valve wich controls flow to the hyd motor. The rebuild of the hyd pump and motor are not that difficult and just a good cleaning may solve alot of problems. If anyone needs help just ask my email is rustyhog@gmail.com

Im glad you did a rebuild on these and are confident in doing them. I just kinda been scared of tearing them down because hydrostats are something I know very little about.
