I recently bought an early 70's amphicat I'am trying to pull the gas tank out and I have unhooked eveything I can see but it acts as if it is stuck to the underside of the dash any help would be great thank you

there are just two straps under the dash holding the tank in place it was just a little tricky getting out because of the way the tank fit into the front of the cat i also fix the tank with a product called tank kote you just clean the tank well pour in the kote roll it around drain extra out let dry and it relines the tank
