I was posting this for my father John, who is in the process of moving in the next few months. Unfortunately, we're going to have to sell a few of our machines before he goes to his new place. The first thing he wanted to sell was his TriRod.
The TriRod is a bigger version of the TriCart. It has a much bigger engine, independent suspension, dual exhaust, automatic push button starting and sits very low to the ground for excellent stability. It uses a Kohler piston-ported engine, which is a 2-cylinder, 2-cycle, air-cooled, engine. It has four ball bearings. Needle bearings are used at both crankpin and piston pin locations. The engine is in great working condition. My father used to have it licensed for the road but since has just been using it for off-road use. It's been in storage in his garage the last 15 years or so. It's still running great.
He's moving soon so he dropped it off at my house here in Ellicott City, MD to sell for him. He's asking $3,995. Let me know if anyone has any questions about it & I'll do my best to answer them for you.
