Can someone give me some info on repairing the tub?? I know its ABS but it looks like it's been fiberglassed a few times in the past. Also - how do get the thing split into top and bottom halves? Is there a secret way to do it neatly? Thanks!

Get rid of all glass first. Some people have no business owning these machines with their crazy fiberglass repairs. Then pressure wash the body, when its dry, clean up the body with acetone or mek and a cotton cloth or few dozen. Next, do a search for abs goo and welding. Racerone3 has written some very good how too's on goo and welding. Anything i say will be just advice i read from him and others. If you look at my gallery there are some pictures of preping for goo, and what it looks like after a coat or 2, by the end of the week i should have pics of the final repairs too.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

Thanks for the tips! Any other ideas on splitting the tub? Do I just take a flat blade and wedge it between the lips to break the glue??

Also - still wondering about the axles. If I can find a set of the balloon tires I'll just go with the stock set up. It seems those are hard to find and I should be looking at other options????
