Hi I just bought my first 6 wheeler a terra tiger It is in great shape it has a new 16hp briggs in it but they have the wrong drive belt in it and it only turns left. Never work on one and I need tips on what belt and how it goes on and how to replace the brakes.
Thanks
Earl, 6x6World member Mark M would be a good person to talk to about this since he completely rebuilt a basket case Terra Tiger to better than new condition with much of the machine's driveline being custom machined by him. It is an amazing vehicle. Good luck with it.

i have 2 terra tigers. one runner and one basket case, and just sold my other project machine. the belt from the engine drives the jack shaft. from there you have 2 steering clutches/ brakes that disengage the jack shaft on one side or the other. you probably need to replace the clutches, but the jack shaft could just be out of adjustment. if you PM your e-mail addresse i can send you a copy of the owners and service manuals. the jack shaft adjustment is a pain in the butt
hope that helps
