  • Hydro Traxx

Are there no hydro Traxx owners out there? I've had Hydro traxx's since 97. And would use them 2-3 weeks a year hunting and fishing NW Ontario and around the farm. But not so much anymore. I've not been on the 6x6 sights for years but all posts seem to be a little old. Bubba Hunt was an advocate for years. But I think he got tired of listening to that Generic engine. I remember that machine when it was built and it was loud. I would like to know how some of the other older machines have held up. I currently have the one listed on Ebay. Why I'm not sure. It rarely gets used but really doesn't take up that much space.

I'm not sure if it'gone or not. I priced it to a guy in Maimi FL with a 10' trailer, 6 extra tires and rims and 2 extra wheel motors for 7500.00. He said he would take that deal but communication hasn't been the best maybe due to a language barrier or something. Not really sure what what to do with it. I think the TJ 625 might be a little bit undergunned. It's a beast on the low end torque side but when the sticks are rapidly thrust forward for speed there is a little hesitation. Could just hang on to it It would be fun to tweek the Kohler 25 for another 10 + hp. But then it would just get parked back in the barn. The new Hydrotraxx's are 35hp or more but base price is about 26,500.00. I don't think I could ever justify buying a new one.
