It looks like it might be a Hustler that someone made a crappy homemade upper body for. Rip that junk off and put a Hustler upper body on it and you'll be back in business.

It is possible that it is a hustler frame in a home made body. I am with JpSwift on this one. The axle spacing looks like hustler and the body shape looks like they tried to simulate the hustler's line's.
