Track laying ATVs

I have decided to look into a dedicated track laying ATV, I have had plenty of 6x6s with tracks on them and they do work O.K. and get the job done but, after seeing a Cushman Trackster do its thing its true they are in a different class.

Passe Par Tout ATVs were made close to me in Elk Rapids Michigan and they show up now and again. I just missed a PlayCat yesterday and I let a pristine Trackster go last year because I was 6X6 loyal and wasnt ready to get into something different. Anyone out there have any real experiance with these units running them in the snow?.

I am in the market for one of these rigs also and have 6X6s that I would be willing to trade.

I have owned several hustlers and have hundreds of hours riding in a friends flotation trackster.

The trackster was a major step ahead of my hustler.

If you get a Trackster, you won't be sorry! Here's a couple videos of mine.
It's all original. 29hp 2 stroke. I have enough parts to build about three machines. I want to build one with the Honda 24hp 4 stroke.

Re-track Layer

BUSHMAN I am also a true 6x6er from way back.what lead me to the tracksters was there truely remarkable manouerablity.just easy an effortless
360 turning and unstoppable trackion.I live in mid-mi and have had a chance to go over snow that was very deep.now every type of atv always seem to have a weakness and the motor on the trackster was junk by design.the twin hyd trans and subspenion was great.some of the best upgrades I've seen is a 4-stroke twin in them .the newer style tracks .there seems to be some great improvements for them .anyone that goes in the water with one ,should take a paddle with them, because the wind will keep you from land.they are Kool
though.Thats why we all need a least 3or 4 different kinds of atv's

I am seriously looking for a Trackster

At this time I am looking around and trying every way to locate a Trackster up here, by the way I live in the Petoskey area. From Tradio to cork board want ads in gas stations and just asking around I have not turned up one Trackster in the Northern Michigan area.

Ironically last year I passed on two nice tracksters for two thousand, one had a fiberglass cab. At the time I was still sticking to 6x6s only, I am still kicking myself.

If you happen to come across any, please let a fellow Michigander know.
