How do I upload a manual?

I've been requested for copies of my Hoot manual, so I thought to just post it. Tell me how to upload, about 17mb.

Hi,
I m a new owner of a Hoot. I live in New-Brunswick and i m a fench guy. (sorry for my english) I have some problem whith my hoot and i dont have a manual whit it. Do you you where can i found one to ajust the belt and the brake system. My hoot is a 2001.
