I have a 1996 and a 1999 for sale. The 1996 machine is 100% ready to go. Has a windshield the previous owner fabricated out of hockey glass, 22" tires, a winch that seems to be in good condition but it's not working. Fairly confident it's a wiring issue. I installed an electric fuel pump on this one as the mechanical pumps on these engines tend to be unreliable. Also, has a roll bar and a heated throttle cable. I did the inner and outer bearings late last year on this machine as well. It may need a carb job in the future. I took it apart and cleaned everything but just don't have the time. Runs great but need a little idle work. Drive this machine just about every other weekend to my duck blinds.
The 1999 machine is complete now as well but needs to be put back together. It was a project I took on and I bought the other machine for parts from someone in Wisconsin expecting it to be in bad shape. To my surprise is was in incredible shape so I couldn't part it out. I currently have a totally rebuilt T20 transmission with new parts still in the box from Richard's Relics in Indiana ($876), a brand new clutch assembly and fly wheel, new belt, new lower seat, new windshield still in box, all new body fasteners, all new lower tub body plugs. new transmission shift handle knob, new ignition and keys, new fuel filter, new winch mount, and a new tail light assembly. The engine was serviced by a local Briggs dealer with a fresh oil change and new fuel pump. All parts included in the sale. I'll even throw in the clutch removal tool from Richard's Relics.
Both have 14HP Briggs with no cracks in the lowers or uppers. The 1997 machine does have a few drill holes where something was mounted at one time.
