Here's an original Allis Chalmers Terra Tiger trailer I was thinking about getting, but it has no title and needs to be rebuilt with lighting and safety chains. I would have to apply for state-issued VIN and a new title, and then get an enhanced $200 inspection... at least for me in Pennsylvania. So here it is for someone who has the time and money or lives in a more lax state.
