If I remember the story right, it was originally supposed to be a VW pancake four cylinder, but Volkswagen backed out on Mickey Rupp at the last minute.

Does this have all ignition and carb flange on it Don??

I don't think there's an intake or snorkel flanged on it, but I have a manifold and most likely an extra 30mm snorkel.
