  • using HHO for milage increase

A friend of the forum member boncrsher built himself a HHO generator and also built one for boncrsher too, and he told me that this increased his gas milage from 14-16 mpg on the highway to 21-22 mpg on the highway. There are lots of video's on Youtube explaining how this works,so I think there must be some thing to it.

4 or 5 years ago 4 of us started a website in hopes of developing an hho generator.i built one and still have it in the garage.created many explosions with it and even gave myself a concussion.im sure the technology is out there to create a functioning unit but theres no way i was putting my creation under the hood of my truck.if you want to have some fun then build one,its easy and cheap.but to use it there no way to do it safely.

I've been interested in this for a while, but never wanted to try building a unit myself. There are so many people that have built different HHO generators and given their own testimonies about how they increased their previous gas mileage. A person I knew that used to frequent this forum told me that this technology worked for him too.

This is a unit that I found on the web that looks to be well thought out. Pricy yes, but they also offer a tech help line to help you dial their unit in for the best results.

I know a couple of guys who are/were running something like this on their vehicles. Theirs were made using stainless steel components. I have a how to dvd around here somewhere that is fairly detailed on the subject. I think the best results have been gotten using a rheostat (would have to go back through the notes to make certain) and one guy used a regulator off an old lawnmower. Seems like one would need to be certain he didn't create too much pressure and blow something up... There are even videos of a guy using hydrogen made this way to burn in his cutting torch. Cool, but caution is warranted with this technology, which apparently Plott Hound can verify...

I toyed around with HHO generators for a while. I made a mini mini torch even. I learned the safe way to do it is have the internal connections under water. Mount them low on the cell. Keep the cell as full as possible so no room for the gas. Then no spark can blow one up. I also discover a CIG filter works as an anti flash back. Id put the filter in the line, then use a ball inflating needle on the end. I would hold it in front of a propane torch and it would flash back. Grab your pliers and pinch the needle until it creates enough pressure to hold the flame. It was fun.
