Lemon ricotta pancakes with candied bacon. Or gluten free cornmeal pancakes and vegetarian breakfast sausage if you prefer. Feel free to try a little of everything. Whole milk, espresso or Cafe Americano. Enjoy!

What you really need first thing in the morning is a full English Bacon, eggs, suasages, tomatoes, black pudding, fried bread, mushrooms (all fried in fat of course), baked beans and a few rounds of bread and butter. Lovely.

Sitting in my office waiting for my first client......Sure could use that coffee and donut right about now.....I am sure the donut will be good for the old diabetes but I can always take more insulin....lol
