  • Argo to the Rescue

Yesterday, my son & I went to watch one of our friends race his motorcycle in a hare scramble. After all of the walking we did at the last one, we decided to take the Argo. Once we got there, everyone wanted a ride back and forth to the trails. We quickly became McCoy's shuttle service. At one point we had 7 people riding in the Bigfoot. I lost count of how many people stopped me and asked me about it. About halfway through the race, I ran acroos my friend's cousin, who was also racing and hadn't made it past the checkpoint we were watching at. His big, bad CR500 had broken down and he couldn't get it out of the woods. We then became McCoy's Recovery Service. I hooked up my towstrap and towed him out of the woods through the pits for everyone to see. The Argo wasn't racing, but out of hundreds of bikes and quad's, it stole the show.

That's some great exposure for 6 wheelers there, McCoy! I love seeing the look on people's faces when they see our machines doing something like swim in the water or pull out other vehicles that are less capable. "Hey what is that thing?!"

"Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"

I'm with Jeff, I love that "What is that" look you get from people who have never seen one or the "Hey, I remember those" from people who have.

          Way to impress McCoy.
