As for you selling a 0 hour brand new machine, it was online for several days before your "I am a dealer" post was quoted. It seems that Mike The Moderator is selective and inconsistent with censorship here!

I had a brand new, personally owned Max II for sale of which he removed my listing claiming that I am a dealer... I am NOT a dealer for Max/Mudd Ox currently and simply offered my Max to the members here first.

Yet, this ad...completely unrelated to the subject matter of this board...has survived The Moderators scrutiny!

Incredible but pretty much sums it up...

I bought my first one, as well used Max II, over 20 years ago on a whim. It had a finicky 2 stroke but I had a blast until I sold it.

I recently purchased five new Max ATV's and became a dealer for Max. I shouldn't have been away this long as I'm having more fun now than I remember then! I decided that I didn't want to spend more time and effort working on them than enjoying them hence new.

After meeting Matt O I am optimistic that there is new life with these machines and I'm looking forward to the new vehicles which will be coming out of Indiana!

I don't know if this looks familiar to you, but it's your own words stating you are a dealer!

Here are a list of my points

1. You look pretty shady selling a 0 hour "new machine" and claiming you are not a dealer
2. Even if your lack of successful business skills ended your dealer agreement, you still only purchased the machine for profit and not for use or restoration. You are still acting as a dealer.
3. You have made only about 22 posts, none of which that look to be contributing to the hobby, only trying to benefit from the hobby.
4. I really don't need to respond to your posts as all I did was quote your own words and ask if they looked familiar. If your words make you look like a fool, maybe you should better choose what you type.
