As mentioned in another thread, my current trailer is a little under sized for the AATV.

So I picked this enclosed trailer up for $600 from Kijiji

It was a 2014 Stealth enclosed with dual electric braking axles and 15" tires.

The price was right due to an I-beam falling on it lol. It's 2 years old but the insurance company has had it a year.

I had the seller massage the side in a little for me with a mini excavator so I'd stay in one lane for the trip home.

I got plenty of strange looks on the shor trip lol

The first thing I did was attack it with a Sawzall, it took me about 4 hours total with the help of a friend.

Now that the trailer was much less ghetto looking, my wife allowed me to bring it home to finish the transformation.

Once in my driveway I stripped off the chip board floor that was original and framed the edge with 1.5" square tube and laid down a deck of 2x10 pressure treated wood. All secured with 3" Tek screws.

I added a set of steel fenders and framed the walls, also with 1.5" square tube. (I have lots out back lol)

I still need to build the 3 ramps this week and get the lights in. From the end of the wall to the front edge of the trailer I have a 66" opening for fold down ramps on both sides, I will be able to drive on and off with my max wearing the tracks.
A few more days and it will be finished.
