I found this site while looking for cupped washers. It's pretty neat you can download their CAD software design your own part. Then they will make it for you from your specs. They have a bunch of video tutorials and tech help on the software.
I think they probably have a network of shops they use across the country. The part I made was more expensive than I wanted to spend but it might be worth doing for stuff you can't find. The other thing I thought is you could use their software to design stuff and give it to your own machine shop or maybe Whipper etc..
Just thought it was a cool concept for someone like me that knows nothing of machining or CAD, enjoy.
