Well it is not an Elk, I recently went Elk "Hiking" and never saw one therefore the must not exist. An Elk I belive is a direct relative of the "Snipe" so it cant be an elk.

OK Birddog, I have been "Elk Hiking" too. I hated it. But I finally found them. They wonder the streets of Helena, Montana by the day. Have a look!

Since we are posting Moose Hunting videos here, here is one from last year with the Argo and my Moose. The funny thing is that I had two flat tires on the way out with that moose loaded up (this is pre-vampire tires) and my clutches where really not biting good on the hills.

My best to date was a 59 1/2" in full velvet.

I,m not sure what kind of animal is in the back of this Argo.

59.5 is a great bull. Was that around the Ft.Nelson area? I drive through there on the way to Canol Trail and man, that is some nice country!

Ya, 2.5hr Jetboat ride up the Muskwa River. This one was in perfect velvet, on the second day of the season. Nice Bull. I have seen bigger, but was not willing to pack them out of where the were.
