This may be common knowledge by now, but I was looking around the web for a site I ran across a while back. It had a chart that allowed you to plug in your pulley sizes, belt width, and distance between centers, and would show several manufacturer numbers for belt at or near that size. While looking for this, the Hoffco/Comet site showed up in my results. To make a long story short I came across an article that stated that they have filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Have any of you heard about this?

Thanks Mike, I must say I was surprised to see it. First the tires, now the clutches what next? This is the bulletin posted on the Hoffco homepage, I wonder what assets they've bought.
