  • Remember this big bugger?

    Well, I got to work yesterday, and went for a walk around the Station. This guy damn near frightened the crap out of me. I didn't notice him by the edge of the treeas untill I was about 20 ft away from him. His name is Brutus and he has been visiting our remote Station here every summer since 2000. He was rumored to have been hit by a truck last winter, so I really wasn't expecting to see him

    Wow, he's a monster! Cool video. There's a place near me where they raise Bison on a farm. I remember seeing them for the first time when I was a little kid and I was amazed at how big they were.
    "Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"

      There's a Tall Grass Prarie Preserve here in Oklahoma, a big chunk of land where the original plains grasses and plants have never been plowed under, or the land developed. It was bought from ranchers and land owners, and then buffalo introduced onto it, where they live unmolested by mankind.

          I farm 250 of these little critters here is my prize bull, he is about 1800 lbs here and 8 yrs old, the one in the video is about 20-24 yrs
          He who has not cruised the back country in a 6x6 , has not lived life to it's fullest
