You of course realize that we're going to need a video of you driving this around once it's complete.

Looking great. I love whatching builds. It's not even an amphib, and I'm totally engaged in this one....

I'm actually bored to death with this project! I don't really have any plans to use it... just couldn't stand letting it rot in the back yard anymore, and needed something to do. I love taking something that is in terrible disrepair, and bringing it back to life, but this isn't really "my thing". I hope to make a test run tomorrow... it will probably be a blast to drive, and I'll end up hating to have to sell it. I'll post some test run video whenever there is some to post

Machine turned out great Race! That will make someone a great ride. To forward to a video.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

no video yet, but I did take it for a test drive. the belt I have on it now is not letting the CVT do it's thing, so the machine is pretty boring. it might top out at 12-13 MPH. hopefully once i find the right belt it will pep up a little. cosmetically, the machine is finished. just needs the belt, a kill switch and the brakes adjusted before i can call it done.

Nice resto Race, where have you been hiding this thing. I thought i had seen all you machines?
this has been in the back yard for about 4 years. the green/ rust look it was sporting must have provided perfect camo and kept you from seeing it
