  • Weird Moose Antlers

So, This is what I tipped over for a Moose this yr. I gotta say that it's one of the oddest ones I've seen. My Moose hunt had little to do with AATV's, but the Bison below was ALL Argo

    This was with the Argo:

Look at the Bases compared to my last Bison:

Here is an older vid from another Bison hunt for those that might want to see it again:

      Tks smog,
Bison is my favorite (other than "Stone Sheep"), really no wild taste at all, but more than the bland taste of beef. I guess your words spell it out quite well "close to beef with stronger flavor"

Nice going RD. Looks like your moose had been chewing his nutrient enhanced browse only on one side of his mouth before swallowing and only one side of his antlers got the benefit eh

Those bison sure let you get pretty close up without getting spooked. Wish the whitetails would let me do that.

This picture was in this week's local paper over by me. These bulls are a little small.
No Elk season for us because the herd is too small. I am sure that it has nothing to do with the wolf and cougar populations that some authorities say don't exist in large numbers.
