Just got back from my first moose hunt with a bow..Had a great time hunting with my sister..Got a 4 pointer that dressed 340lbs..Seen 3 bull moose and I had to take the smallest one as the others were to far away for the bow..I got the 4 pointer..other 2 was a 10 pointer and a 16 pointer...they would have been nice but when a moose passes 15-20 feet from you you cannot pass that up with a bow. Worst part of the trip is I could not get my machine close to the moose..had to carry the moose about 3/4 mile to the machine up and down cliffs and through woods....thank god for friends with strong backs...lol

Where was the hunt? My mom is originally from Stephenville/ Kippens area. Been there a few times many years ago. My cousins had a Terra-Jet years ago, that's why I still want one. I had a Lockley Wrangler and it was only 2 wheel drive vs the 4x4 Terra-Jet. -
