  • Remembrance Day/Memorial Day

Just like to take a few moments to say a thank you for all those who have served or still serving in our services weather it be Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines (US), and Police Forces. Today is a day for us to take a couple minutes from our day to say thank you to our veteans. For it is because of them that we can enjoy our lives and the freedom that we now enjoy. Today we should remember all those who have died in past conflicts and those who cannot be home with their loved ones because duty calls.

I myself have served and I know that there are others on here that have served as well. I have been on many parades for our vetrans and even been at the ``Veitnam Wall`` memorial service and at the ``Tomb of the Unknown Soldier``. If you have never experienced this then it is something that you should add to your bucket list.

Again to all who have served and still serving a big THANK YOU.

    From a retired soldier.

    Thank you
Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.

USAF 1985-89, Four great years, just lousy pay. Politics aside, we owe our servicemen and women far more than a simple thank you. We owe them everything.
