Bought a new 48" snowthrower for my recently-aquired '97 Grasshopper mower. Actually, I had no choice... the GF is moving in with me in the next month or so and she doesn't have 4wd, and I live in the boonies on very infrequently plowed gravel road. After doing the math, I figured that it would be too expensive to suit up the Max w/tracks & a blade... and I didn't want to tear up my nice Cherokee by turning it into a snowpusher. I am NOT eagarly awaiting the first try-out for the snowthrower. LOL.

Anyhow, for the missus (and me, too) I splurged the day after Black Friday and bought a 60" Sharp Aquos LCD/LED flatscreen and a Blu-Ray player. I got a same-as BF price from Sears, with 18 mos same as cash to boot. I could justify the price because my 1995 32" tube TV is on its last legs, plus my old DVD player has recently started acting persnickety - not reading discs, shutting off, etc. So I decided "what the heck?" and bit the bullet. (Now I'll be able to finally check out the remastered Blu-Ray 'Dirty Harry' - if the missus buys me what's on my wish list!! LOL!)

    Merry Christmas everyone!!!

SWEET Big Red, I've been looking for something like that for yrs now. Small and light enough to pack one around in the Jetboat for hunting trips.

I went and bought another set of Argo Tracks. My intent is to run them in the summer time on all the Muskeg around here, so I went with the Standard Width Adair Tracks. In the interest of trying them in the winter time, I have also aquired a set of wider spacers to make them 18" wide. Also going to try a set of Track Tuners to see how they work for me in these conditions. I have a "Parcel Card" from the post office on the counter here right now, so I hope that means my new Spacers and Tuners are waiting for me.
