OK, so this has nothing to do with AATV's, but for those that are interested in Hunting, Trapping, Outdoor Living, ect, this might apeal to you.
Fair WARNING, this guy has a bit of a swearing problem, he traps, kills, skins, and eats animals. Probably worst of all, he rides quads and snowmobiles

So, if you have the stomach for it, you might enjoy his traditional type life

    His Youtube Chanel
    TheWildNorth's Channel - YouTube

One of his more "tame" vids "Moose Nose with Potatoes and Carrots", A damn good traditional meal, lol.

That's cool, I wouldn't have thought that nose was worth trying to cook. I think that I would add one more step to his process though; after the second boiling, I'd dip the pieces in buttermilk and egg, then coat them in cracker crumbs, and fry in peanut oil... I'll have to get one of my Alaskan friends to send me a nose.....

      Thanks for posting!

Lol, glad you guys enjoyed it.
And I would actually be happy to try to send you a nose each (hunting season permiting), but have no idea how to go about such a thing, or if it would be practical. It might be something that's best if fresh :-)

A cheap styrofoam cooler from Wal-Mart, some duct tape and some dry ice is usually the best way to ship meat. I don't know what customs would think about it though..."What the hell is this???"...

You betcha' it does!! I hope to someday be able to make it down to the Texas State Fair, as I have only heard stories of the fried goodness that resides there...

Would that qualify as a low salt diet? Haha Give me a little Franks hot sauce and I'd try it.
