I hear ya NCT i'm afraid the fuel prices are really going to hurt the boating and atv market. it's just getting to expensive to do anything,or go anywhere.

      NCT,

That is nasty....Great way to know that camping season is upon us....Bieng ripped off at the pumps again....If you are paying that now in ON then I do not want to think how much it is going up here in Newfie...Currently paying 1.389L here.....
Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.

Yeeouch GF,rumor has it that its going into the 1.40 range next month, ridiculous it puts the people in the north that rely on tourist dollars in a spot since the winter was a blowout, when I was a young feller up at the cottage the lodges were full all season, plates from Ohio,New York,PA,Mich, were all over the place up there, big boats the place boomed all was well, now we want six bucks a gallon and 40 bucks for a 24 of lager, and the Americans stopped coming and our tourism ministry cant figure it out, last year on the lake you could hear a pin drop hardly any boats this year will be worse.NCT

            Tomo,

I can see fuel prices going even higher here before our summer gets here....You can tell when holidays are approaching here....the price of gas just goes up....

A couple years ago when oil was at $140.00 a barrel we were paying $1.40L at the pumps....Now oil is $107.00 a barrel and we are paying close to $1.40L.....Just wait until oil hits that $140.00 barrel price again....I think we will be paying close to $2.00L here in Canada...JMO..

We have been in the $1.40 - $1.47 range since early last yr, if you are filling up at Service Stations. It's a bit cheaper if you fill up at a Bulk Plant (about 20 cents/L less).

Here we go again 1.36 a litre and climbing I will be taking Sunday morning breakfast trips to Niagara Falls NY and picking up a few incidentals, and they are bracing us for the mid forty,s by June,so to all our friends on the U.S side come on over to Ontario for your summer vacation and pay $6.50 a gallon for gas,$200. a day to stay, forty bucks for a case of beer, same for a jug of JD,get a burger and fries for $10.50,and if your Chevy breaks down the local dealership here will relieve you of 80 plus dollars a hour to have them try new parts,we are doomed,America you need another state come and get us please, put a big culvert in and pave over the Niagara River.NCT
