Looking for an ls engine

Hi we recently pulled the engine out of an m3 e36 and we have been looking for something bigger, so would anyone know of a decent place for an ls2, 3 or if were very lucky a 7 that has the ecu and ancillaries? we have tried ebay but most ls engines are either rebuilt racing engines or unavailable to the uk, we are trying to do this on a budget so does anyone know of anything out there? also we are trying to find a decent 6 speed gearbox to go with it.
