My gokart started out as a manco dingo but I cut it up and put a blaster front end in it, widened to put my feet between the A arms. Thats the same motor I run in my 208tt. It actually a powermax which is now called duromax. Been a great motor. Id buy another in a heart beat.

How did you get the donor quad? Just wondering if you had it or hunted craigs for one or something else.

I got it on craigslist for$550.My pictures vanished,I think they may be too big.Trying to fix it.

You said made it wider but did you lengthen it too? You current one looks longer unless its the angle of the picture or something. Maybe polaris is longer then yamaha's?

Your pictures are vanishing because when you upload them to the gallery, you haven't selected a category for them. By default, they go in our 6x6 Around the World category. When I move them to the Miscellaneous category, the link here in this thread is now no longer valid. To get them to show up you can just relink them

The polaris has the bumper piece on the front that would make it longer.I put 2" wheel spacers on the rear and turned the rims around backwards on front and back.Stock is about 48" so reversing the rims and wheel spacers made it 58".
