crazy light show in saskatchewan

well i have been away for a few days and got a new puppy and the day after we got back we had this crazy storm 400 yards north of my house the trees are all snapped off about 6 to 10 feet up........ the news said it was a plow wind.the power has been off for a couple days i video taped it on my go-pro. the video you are about to see is uneddited but my daughter got ahold of it and added music you can turn the sound down if you want lol.

That looked like a bad storm,Glad to see everyone is ok and you didn't get any damage.

All I can say is WOW...that is an impressive light show.....When I lived in SK I used to love to lie back and watch all the lightening....Also the northern lights can be very nice to watch....Do not get to many storms like that here on the rock....

Wicked light show,
I found a few places where all the trees were broke off after a storm around here, much like you describe. It seemed to be localized destruction though. 7-10 Acre areas with the trees busted off at about 18-20 ft up.

Did you get the giant sized puppy you were looking at earlier?

I did and he is actually the 4th one I've had now since 1990
