I'd imagine will be charged with quite a few counts of the Federal crime of mail fraud. This crime carries some pretty stiff penalties, but when someone does something like that, they need to pay for their consequences. I hope everyone sees justice served and gets their money back. Let's all do our best to help out all of the members that have had money stolen from them so it doesn't happen again.

Loose Ends Finally Tied

To make this short, I got a letter in the mail today from Taylorville,,,,,, and a money order was inside. Fully payment. This I fully appreciate!!!!

Several folks have asked me how to get hold of Shane Kearney. I think he is laying low as you would expect someone facing criminal charges would. His email address is: kearney1973@yahoo.com, I have his cell# as 217-823-0346. His home address was: 8 Lawn Drive, Taylorville, IL 62568. He lives behind the Super 8 motel on Abes Way in Taylorville. The house is a one story wood frame house and my friends in the area tell me there is usually a motorcycle on the front porch. His date of birth is 1/1/73. His Father is Robert L. Kearney Sr., and his ph# is 217-824-5778. It is my belief that Shane and his father acted together to defraud folks. Shane's wife is named Barbara and he has a son named Mark.
Once I have more info about this deadbeat and his family, I'll be happy to share with everyone.

There has been no status update yet. Law Enforcement in Taylorville, Illinois must have their hands full with criminals in the area. I have reviewed their local paper on-line and there appears to be a lot of high level crime in that area.

I am confidant that Shane Kearney and his father Robert Kearney Sr., will both be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and I am hopeful that both of these shady characters will do time as a result of their mis-deads.
