I need to check the site more often these days. I'm checking w/ Dad, but I have school and he's preparing for my Sis's wedding that's coming up. Pretty unlikely that we can make it so far.

What time is everyone planing on being at Ashtabula? Iam should be there Thur about 5 or 6 pm.

Just talked to matt he said we should get there about 10 or 11 Thur nite. I was thinking 3 hrs to Put in Bay than about 1 hr more. I was wrong...lol

Oh man, I just got back from Pine Lake and what a good time again. Thanks to Bud and his gang for opening this up to us again. It was an amazing weekend. I wasn't on the trail as much as usual do to everything going on, but I am almost just as happy at camp hanging out with the great group of members that go to these events. As usual, everyone had a great time, and no major incidents to really report. Also, my Attex Camper worked out perfect for the weekend.

Fall Pine Lake Ride

I Just want to say that my wife and I had a really good time on the ride this weekend. The Attex ran great (thanks Lewie72), no problems with the T-20 (thanks Joe H), and we went the entire weekend with only one problem that we had fixed in a short time and got back on the trails (thanks Drew). I don't remember the names but I would also like to send a big Thank You to the folks at Pine Lake who put the ride together. My new 6x6 family is a great bunch of people. I can't wait until the spring ride. Take care all.

Just got home an unpacked had really awesome time again a thanks to Bud and Billy for all the time they put into the property. I want to give a thankyou to all the members on here that show up an make these events what they are FUN for everyone. Also from Billy Fisher an myself THANK YOU to everyone that donated to the little present for Billy that was a great way to say thanks to him an let him Know just how much he is appreciated for what does an he asked me to tell you all thank you from him.

I also want to say after a few conversations with Bud this weekend we are working on getting some more stuff going for all our race machines here are some things we talked about and feel free to through your thoughts back at me we are talking about holding a winter race on the Lake if it freezes so an ice race but hears our downfall it will be a short notice because of the weather it depends on when the ice gets thick enough another race idea we are tossing around is have our annual event in june a six wheel weekend only but at the end of July when Bud has his big Nationals Race is through us out in a couple classes we where talking about maybe a stock class and a mod class and that would be it but i told bud that would get most of the racers on the track again an the only reason we can only have one or two classes is because Bud has certain guidelines he has to follow for the AMA this would be a no trail riding weekend racers only. We did talk about this event for next year also and if we have basically the commitment from all the Racers in june that they will comeback in september for a race we can do another sixwheel race and trail weekend in september so theres what we are looking at trying for the next year let me know

after talking to Little G for about 2 hours today, I realize my bicycle riding days are over. Can't give up anymore weekends at Pine Lake, even during football season!!!!! Wish I could have been there but the DOC said I was healing well and I shouldn't need surgery (whew)! Sorry I missed everyone, but plan on seeing you all next June OR for the ice race. Guess we found a new Race Director for a few years...... Little G, you know how it goes, the ones that do successful work tirelessly get STUCK. You've been spearheading with Bud for a year and a half PLEASE keep going.
