Aw, c'mon... I'm committed, but like to lean towards the "man of mystery" end of the spectrum. I'll definitely be there...

      But maybe not.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
        Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Love the sentiment, Little G, but in June to Arizona, that Dusel sausage would be pretty stinky by the time it got here....or cooked.. & stinky.
Since Hydromike likes it for breakfast, I suggest Frabbit's extra spices in HIS breakfast batch. You guys could have him COLON FLOWIN by the 2nd race. Would make good video.

"Colon Flowin" Hahahaha I love it! Bridget, that sounds like some kind of new colon cleansing treatment a shady used car salesman type of guy would pitch on a late night infomercial.

I was lucky enough to get about 5 pounds of the hot-hot stuff last summer. There's a tough balance to be met between not enough and too much. At the end of the day on Sunday, Little G was just walking around with a plate of cooked sausage giving it away. It was like Christmas! I'm putting my order in early this year....

I'm hosting a bunch of people at my house in a couple of weeks to make sausage. Can anyone post or PM me some good recipes? We've done this a couple of times and made andouille, italian, breakfast, polish. Some new things would be great.

                        I don't imagine you've made "a@@ blastin" there though.

Actually I'm trying to see if I can swing by for the weekend too. If I do make it, I will be as a spectator. Needing some T-20 parts and maybe a few parts to sell.

Dan, Hope you can make it! We'll have plenty of spare machines for you to drive, so don't worry about coming without one. Also, there'll be TONS of parts at the swap meet too, so odds are you'll find what you need.

Its a haul for me to get there.. 700 miles by google and they suggest 11 hours of driving. And driving through Cleveland, OH is not high on my list of things to do in life.

Been through Cleveland at rush hour.....piece of cake compared to many larger cities.

Just watch that "dead man's curve"....35 mph means 35mph.
