Looks like we are going to get rained on in Hamlin this weekend. It should make for some fun racing!

It depends on what forecast you watch, but we're good either way. I don't think the prognosticators really know this far ahead anyway: they didn't do so hot on predicting Irma's path thus far....

I agree, the mud will help even things out on the track. Looking forward to it.

Dad and I are excited to get on the track once more this season. Mud sounds good to me. The springers might need rally mud flaps!

To soon to tell, but a good mud race will be a nice change. Had a great time there last year.
            Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Unfortunatley you all are racing with a bunch of candy baby quads and three wheelers if the track is too wet cancel the racing they say. I will not be able to make it this time good luck to all I will shoot a message to Shawn that you all are not afraid of the mud and run you guys. We will see everyone next month at PineLake

Local weather is calling for partly cloudy and 80 degrees. Who knows, looks like Irma is headed this way. Just a heads up, I may not make it to Pine Lake, our place in Florida has storm damage and I will have to go down there to take care of that.

There is a bridge out when close to track.
See map below if coming in this way
                        On 690

You can also stay on Route 84 to exit 17 which is Hamlin Exit. Make left past a gas station and Exxon and follow this onto Hamlin to avoid

OR You must turn onto Pond Road and don't listen to your GPS as it will end at bridge and very hard to turn around. Also road closure sign on 2.4 miles there. IGNORE and turn onto Pond Road
